I like the idea of taking the edge away from the gorgonzola. I had it only once and it was too strong for me.

Ilva, first of all, this dish sounds good, but then again, I pretty much always like gorgonzola!

Also, I couldn't remember if I'd told you or not, but today for lunch we are going to a new restaurant called Onotrio. The chef is from Tuscany and I've had the chance to glance at the menu, which looks divine! I'll let you know how the food was tomorrow!
