This sounds like a perfect soup for winter. And simple, too...I love simple!
And sending a package to Italy is NOT simple!! It's so funny, we are so used to the way addresses look here in the US, and addresses from other countries look very different. Also, there are all these rules that the post office has about what you can send, what forms have to be completed, and you have to make sure you put it in the right envelope for customs! Well, at least I'm more familiar with it now...it will be easier next time I decide to mail a card. I don't know how long mail takes to travel to Europe, but it went out today, 12/19...I hope you'll see it soon.

This soup looks fantastic and I now have another recipe for teleggio cheese! A hot, filling soup sounds especially nice since we are having quite the opposite of dry cold weather - it's been freezing rain since Friday!
