Lucullian delights

Gravatar Hey, tomatoes are a plant, and you used herb infused olive oil, so I am still going to include this if that is ok with you. It sounds just wonderful!! This would be something good to make in the winter when the tomatoes need a little help to bring out the flavor.

Gravatar If you think it's ok-go for it! I had other plans, but they have to wait until next weekend!

Gravatar Hi Ilva - these stuffed tomatoes look wonderful and simple to make!

Gravatar Sorry your original plans didn't work out, but this tomato dish is GREAT, too! You know it's going on my list of meals to try.

Best,
Paz

Gravatar Oh I didn't expect this enthusiasm-rather the opposite to be honest but I like it! More more!

Gravatar This looks delicious. I do something similar only mine would not be as tasty as yours. I use plain olive oil and mozzarela. Would lvoe to know what the original plan was!

Gravatar They look beautiful and delicious! Loved the photo too! Hugs,
M

Gravatar Fran-your version is very nice as well, sounds great for summer when the tomatoes have more flavour! I'll write about the original plan on sunday, if I still go for the same product in my WHB post that is!

Melissa-Thanks! Ti abbraccio!

Gravatar Fran, the tomatoes look fabulous. Given that tomatoes are so out of season here and the ones shipped in have such little flavor on their own, this sounds like a perfect way to do them.

Thanks for sharing

Gravatar Ruth-yes, you have to add some flavour at this time of the year!

Gravatar Hi Ilva - well, these were very yummy indeed - I tried them last night Delicious!

Gravatar Pille-great! Thanks for telling me!
