Looking at the pancetta makes me feel...wistful. How I miss all that stuff!

Regarding the comment about the "furbi" old ladies...they certainly do look it! And some of the stuff that they joke about...sometimes a little spicy sense of humor. Anyway, not sure when I'll be back...lots of stuff going on over here.

I did not have pancetta so I used some prosciutto that I had and it came out great. Thanks for the idea.
