ooo fresh pasta! delicious :D ps. my computer has a name because my husband is in IT and our house is a crazy network of 6+ computers at any 1 time so for each computer to be able to carry out its roles, they need names and ours are all based on Greek mythology -- Iris being goddess of the rainbow enjoy that pasta Ilva!

I was a caterer years ago and always tried my new dishes on my family first. They may have been suspicious and thought I was obsessed, but they always gobbled it! Thanks for posting such wonderful recipes, and photos. I enjoy it so much.!!

No one waits for me to take the picures! They are often done eating by the time I am done photographing the effort. I naturally get the cold plate that was used for the pictures! This must be part of being the suffering artist

I completely relate to your family's reaction. At first my husband thought I had lost my mind. Now when we go on a trip, he always asks me if I have the camera ready for the blog pictures when we eat. Now who is more obsessed with this??? He really has gotten into all of this and it just cracks me up. He gets hot food and I always eat the demo plate. That's only fair since this whole thing was my idea. Thankfully, my sons are grown and gone and I don't have to hear them whine; not that it would change one thing about my blogging...
