I have just stumbled upon your blog and I think it is great. Your photos are amazing, the colours...wow!
And I love Salsa Verde. I only know of the Italian version, what is the Spanish Salsa verde?

This looks fabulous, Ilva. I want to try it on chicken! I have a question though? What do the eggs lend to the recipe? Is it texture or taste? Stunning picture.. as always :D

This looks and sounds very unusual. I love the picture in the egg cup and the spoon. I'm just not a big fan of parsley. But maybe that so odd idea I've worked up and should try it again and this might be the recipe to try.

jenjen-Thanks, I happy to have you here! I can't remember exactly but I happened upon it when I googled on salsa verde a year ago. It was different, I remember that!
Lisa-Great idea to use it with chicken! I have to try that too. I think its there for the texture becaus I never feel the taste of it!
gagatka-green is best!
Tanna- But here you don't feel the parley so much. Or maybe you do if you don't like it if you know what I mean!
Catesa-thanks! Did you enjoy your birthday?
s'kat-Good! Cats phfew! when you whb!

I once had salsa verde with a very light and refreshing cocktail in a top class hotel. Salsa verde, prawns and mild shredded cheese .... great combination!

Looks great! By the way, it's hot in Philly. I trust Marco has a safe trip back home. I wonder what he'll bring you from Philly.

ilva,
I just did your salsa verde, taste fantastic (but I got to skip anchovy as my husband didn't want it). Thanks for this easy recipe! I'll try to add in...maybe greens (?) besides of pasta.
