Lucullian delights

Stunning Ilva! Oh how I wish I could eat couscous, although I guess I could use rice instead
I've been mulling over a sweet rice dish in my head, but havent committed it to the kitchen yet. I must get in the kitchen and try it out in time to add to a blogger event (that'll be a first)!

Gravatar Delicious! Perhaps I can have this for dinner. Have to go buy some couscous first.

Looking forward to your rice post. It WILL turn out great!

Paz

Gravatar p.s. I'm assuming your used any kind of fish for this dish?

Paz

Gravatar p.p.s Oh, yeah! And I have to buy fish, too!

Gravatar Looks wonderful!!

Gravatar This does sound wonderful. I haven't had sambal oelek although I've read about it. I wonder if I can find it here? I'd love to try it.

It's very hot here too!! I really want to go swimming. Three of my nieces and nephews, ages 5, 8, and 11 are going to come for a visit, so I'm thinking that's a good excuse to go to the pool! No beach here, unfortunately.

Gravatar Dianne-use rice! And do participate in Paz's rice event!

Paz-any kind of fish that doeasn't taste too much fish if you know what I mean!

Pamela-thanks!!

Kalyn-no beach here either but it's not that far away. I just don't feel like frying there with billions of people...
And I'm convinced you will find sambal in SLC!

Gravatar This looks like a great summer dish! Yummy!

Gravatar mmm...looks and sounds delicious! especially since we've been getting such tremendously HOT weather here too - 102F on tuesday - and I don't feel like cooking anything that takes very long or is too involved! BTW - I love your beautiful chicory photo and flower meme...

Gravatar Dianka-couscous is great in the summer!

Michelle-Thanks baby! Don't work too much!
