Oooh my favourite cheese. When I was a kid I used to eat Gorgonzola instead of sweets.
Thanks so much for your lovely comment today.

Lumache was one of my favorite kind of pasta when I was a kid, because of the way the condiment ends up inside. Lovely recipe, as usual.

That's what I'm eating this week! I made the celery-parmesan quinoa the other day. Oh boy, that was amazing. Rosemary fits sooo good in it )

My husband and I used to think that we did¨n't like gorgonzola. They our son started to work at a dairy factory and one Easter he came home with a huge blue cheese. We tasted and were hooked.
Now there is always one in our fridge.
This recupe looks yummy.

As much I like to visit the countryside, and I grew up on an isolated farm in Australia I prefer city life. Even now when I visit I feel unbelievably lonely as the sun sets, although I don't at any other time of the day.

I know what you mean about being surrounded by green. I so miss living with wild space all around. Inner city living is nice, but the neighbours are too close and even when there is green, there's just not enough of it. And all the surfaces are hard.
Still, we both work in the city so here we stay - the only alternative would be a long daily commute and I'd resent the time spent travelling.

you put Gorgonzola on cardboard I'd eat it......but Ilva this looks so much better than cardboard.
I concur on city vs country.

Ah, gorgonzola is green? I really thought it was blue. Um, that's OK, call it green. I'll eat it and happily eat your pasta!
Accept the competition, you have to fight. . . I think I like Marco.
They won't let me vote again Ilva, I tried.

I have two perfectly ripe Abate pears sitting on my kitchen counter (Italians - on a perilous journey here). What if I'd send one over to your table, would you share the Gorgonzola with me, pleeease?

Paula-Oh, thanks you, how nice of you!
Di-that's kind of weird though, I hope you had sweets as well!
Simona-Thanks! And the name is nice too, do you find it in the States?
Tea-thankyou! I love it when you use my recipes!
sugarlaws- yes it is kind of inviting! Thanks!
lorraine-It is a great cheese! Thanks!
Britt_arnhild-isn't it nice to be able to change opinion like that?
Barbara-just shows how different we are and how good it is to be able to choose! xx
dmm-you have my full support. I especially understand that with having the neighbours too close, that's really disturbing, I need my space.
doodles-good to hear!
Tanna-well I see it green. But if you had voted again, that would have been cheating. But thanks baby!
Merisi-ok, it's on its way!
