Gravatar MMMM...Looks delicious. I have never actually made anything with fresh artichokes - they seem so hard to work with. I really must get over that, because stuffed ones sound so good.

Gravatar You are a far more patient women than me... artichokes in our house tend to get boiled and then ripped apart by hand with a lemon butter or vinaigrette dipping sauce! These look absolutely delicious. And agree 100% about the colours you can find in an artichoke - sometimes a wodnerul reddish purple too, the same colours as pistachio nuts
