Wonderful roundup; so sorry not to have taken part this time - like Kalyn, I need to keep track, and this month seems to have flown by in a mass of other events interspersed very boring salads, delicious, but not unusual enough to blog (lettuce tomato and cucumber anyone?)

I am kicking myself for missing this. We live on salads in the summer.
But, with mon mari in hospital, the move, the s-i-l visit.... I guess I should be happy that I remember to eat the salads.... Things should settle down a wee bit for a few weeks, before the move and complete lack of kitchen...
