What no garlic? I think I'd like this version better than the Greek sort and will make some tomorrow evening. Thank you!

I'm craving chickpeas too. Yesterday I was thinking about what to take for our family campout and thought "Hummus!"
LOVE seeing your photos on the business card video. Can't wait until you have to come to the U.S. for a photo exhibit and I will come there and meet you!

Right on Kalyn, I'll be right with you.

Delicious looking hummus, but how cool is it that the business Moo cards are yours! Very cool indeed, and well deserved. Makes me want to buy some!

I recognize your photos in that commercial :D Yay!
I have this unexplained craving for Indian food right now - so I am going to go to the local Indian food shop, pick up some ingredients and try making some Samosas.
I think I saw some chickpea recipes too if I put your craving and mine together

Ah, chickpeas. Sometimes in my duller moments, I'm perfectly content opening a can, draining it, and dousing it with vinaigrette. For a solo lunch. The whole can.

Yummy! Looks great! Love the twist on hummus...im all for giving into cravings...if you don't they tend to get so much worse then you end up eatting a whole cake instead of just a slice!

Nice nice derivation! Love it! (My version was brought to a friends bbq party and I heard it was emptied quite rapidly)

We love hummus, often make it for us...but I would have to put garlic in it.

what an amazing idea for hummus!! I love the addition of the chopped cucumbers on top - I'm sure it's very effective at cooling down the kick from the garlic.

This looks intriguing. And it's funny, I just posted about an Italian guacamole the other day- using basil and lemon instead of the expected cilantro and lime. Try it out!
