Lucullian delights

Gravatar What no garlic? I think I'd like this version better than the Greek sort and will make some tomorrow evening. Thank you!

Gravatar Lovely!

Paz

Gravatar Toffeeapple-I didn't use it here but I think I better add it to the recipe as an optional ingredient! Thanks for pointing itout!

Gravatar I'm craving chickpeas too. Yesterday I was thinking about what to take for our family campout and thought "Hummus!"

LOVE seeing your photos on the business card video. Can't wait until you have to come to the U.S. for a photo exhibit and I will come there and meet you!

Gravatar Right on Kalyn, I'll be right with you.
We'll need two bowls of this Ilva, I'll have to have garlic!

Gravatar Delicious looking hummus, but how cool is it that the business Moo cards are yours! Very cool indeed, and well deserved. Makes me want to buy some!

Gravatar I recognize your photos in that commercial :D Yay!

I have this unexplained craving for Indian food right now - so I am going to go to the local Indian food shop, pick up some ingredients and try making some Samosas.

I think I saw some chickpea recipes too if I put your craving and mine together

Gravatar ooooooooooooo absolutely gorgeous!! making this at the weekend or sooner if I can!

Gravatar Ah, chickpeas. Sometimes in my duller moments, I'm perfectly content opening a can, draining it, and dousing it with vinaigrette. For a solo lunch. The whole can.

Gravatar Yummy! Looks great! Love the twist on hummus...im all for giving into cravings...if you don't they tend to get so much worse then you end up eatting a whole cake instead of just a slice!

Gravatar Nice nice derivation! Love it! (My version was brought to a friends bbq party and I heard it was emptied quite rapidly)

Gravatar Mmm, Ilva, just my kind of lunch! I'd go with you on eating chickpeas every day.

Gravatar Kalyn- we should start the Chickpea Chicks! And thanks a lot, one day I will get over the ocean, I know i will!

Tanna-as many as you want!

Marla-Thanks, do get some, they will be perfect for your b&b with your photos!

murasaki-oh no don't mention Indian food, my mouth is watering!!!

Rachael-Thank you! I hope you'll like it!

Cookie-I see that you are a Chickpea Chic too!

Ginny-so true so true! And we need to spoil ourselves now andthen too!

Karen-OUr chat the other day left its imprint, I just had to make some kind of hummus!'

Labelga-thanks, I did actually eat it all for lunch. On my own.

Gravatar We love hummus, often make it for us...but I would have to put garlic in it.

Have you got over your cravings???

Gravatar what an amazing idea for hummus!! I love the addition of the chopped cucumbers on top - I'm sure it's very effective at cooling down the kick from the garlic.

Gravatar This looks intriguing. And it's funny, I just posted about an Italian guacamole the other day- using basil and lemon instead of the expected cilantro and lime. Try it out!

Gravatar anne-well a bit but then there's a new one popping up, crazy times!

Antonio T-Thanks, I am happy you like it!

Ana-Thanks, and that sounds great!

Gravatar This sounds absolutely perfect as an side for dipping at a bbq!

Thanks for sharing Ilva
