What is soncino and "corn salad"? I've never seen those terms before.

This is a salad to my heart-immensely pleasing both to palate and eye. Haven't done anything with corn salad yet (veldsla in our Dutch, Feldsalat, mâche in French, Lilian). Loved the picture with the red leaf, too.
