Ilve, you made me proud with these great crocs... and although you were in the back of the classroom, you fixed it... even twice, and more in the future I hear.. Good girl, you are allowed one row forward
thanks for sticking (maybe to the dough as well) it out! It was fun in spite of all the frustrations.

Ilva, your croc looks beautiful - lean and well-shaped! I wonder which local flours I could substitute..

Oh, no, the back of the classroom will be lonely now that you're moving forward. Good job on the bread. Yours looks delicious!

Great work! Did I unterstand this right you used Manitoba flour for the strong bread flour? Great, I have that!

I'm actually feeling a bit better about my bread now! I had some fro breakfast and lunch and it was just as good cold....
But, you are a brave woman for tackling the beast twice. I won't even comment on those that did it more often....
(But I may try it again...later)

I knew your crocs would look so glamorous! This was quite an experience, don't you think? Your unbaked crocs looked just like mine. Not your average bread.

Thanks! and yes Ulrike, I used Manitoba, I did one batch with only Manitoba and it worked quite well but not as well as mixed with durum bread flour!

Ilva, you made it twice too? Oh no, they've dragged both of us in! Who will save us?
Great bread!

BWHAHAHAHA....
Yes, Ilva and Sara... Tanna and I have plotted for a long time to bring you to our side of bread. (Lynn, your next)
Ilva, you are so funny. I adore baking with you every time we bake together! Your bread looks fantastic and I'm not sure we have Manitoba flour here but your crumb and holes have made me want to go try and find some... and make another croc!

Your bread looks gorgeous! Isn't it amazing that something as blobby and pasty as this can turn out that good? It's like an ugly duckling.
