after I started blogging and realized many people hate cauliflower, but I totally adore it! Although I don't eat it (and actually any veg) raw, your fantastic choice of ingredients certainly inspire me!

Ilva this is truly wonderful!
You used the mandolin to slice this?! I must try this.

Fantastic recipe and thanks. The only way I have ever had raw cauliflower before was when it was dipped into a piping hot sauce (usually very strongly flavoured as well). This looks like a delicious summery alternative.

This is a great idea, I love all vegetables and definitely will try this raw cauliflower salad! I usually have it steamed and then with black olives, salt, extra virgin olive oil and vinaigre...I'll definitely try it!

Oh yes, I would like this very much. What do you think of the idea of pine nuts instead of the walnuts? I'm thinking that would also be a good combination. I'm really liking pine nuts lately, although they're very expensive here. (But then, I was never known for being a frugal cook, so I just use them anyway.)

I never think to use my mandolin for anything but potatoes and onions! I have to put it on a lower shelf...maybe that will help.
Lovely salad, perfect for summer!

I must make this! I love raw cauliflower, and will chomp on it given the chance. The pictures are simply beautiful--as always! And it's outrageously healthy!

My favourite "raw" cauliflower salad involves grated cauliflower, lemon, salt & pepper and a dollop of mayonnaise. I'll try your much more sophisticated version next time..

Gattina-I always wondered why they don't like it? It's soo good!
Tanna-yes, a mandoline kind of thing. Looks like one but is sold under another name, thus much cheaper!
Robert-Thanks!
kebrunella- Great, I hope you will like it!
Kalyn-I did actually think of pine nuts first (they are not expensive here) but then I thought that you are getting fed up with all the pine nuts that I use...
katiez-yes, put it somewhere you see it!
sher-hah, almost too healthy aren't they?
Jann-Thank you!
The chocolate lady-I'm so ignorant-what does peysekh mean?
Pille- Grated cauliflower? what a great idea! As for the sophistication I think your sounds more like it!

I love the sound of this salad. If I can stop by the store after work, I'll by the ingredients to make it for lunch!
