Ilva, I'm going straight out to the shops to buy some quinoa ... I've never used it, but I've been reading your quinoa recipes with more and more interest recently, and this one is spurring me to action! I can't wait to try it.

I just purchased my first quinoa yesterday. I was going to try one of your tempting salads first off. However this tasty bit does a good job of replacing the cheese that I have been whinning about. Timing is everything - thanks

what a brilliant idea! quinoa crackers! im making these today.
we're movin' (this is my break from packing) and we're trying to clean out the pantry so we have less to pack... i have a HUGE bag of quinoa. perfect...

That is a very wonderful idea! I never even thought about baking crackers using quinoa, and I LOVE quinoa. And, with the avacado and everything, it looks fantastic.
