It looks beautiful and I'm sure it tastes good too as I love panna cotta and lavender. Getting the right amount of lavender in there is the trick as you've pointed out .... but I guess when you get that right it's like...magic. :D

That looks just lovely. We have two huge lavender bushes in our backyard, on a warm night, the smell is amazing.

I'm not old but I'm older than when I was younger. I like the ring of that.
I like your panna cotta as well!

Such lovely photographs! And I love the subtle flavor of lavender, especially in something like panna cotta or creme brulee. I't just lovely!

Scrumptious. Just this morning I was drooling over a recipe for lavender blancmange, and now I have your option!
BTW, it looks like you took the pictures in my lap. Those are my pajamas.

I'm so ashamed to say that I have never once tried panna cotta, but yours looks and sounds absolutely delicious! I love anything lavender too, so that just seals the deal that I'll have to try making it on my own one of these days!

I have wonderful lavender in my garden, but I've never cooked with it because I don't know whether it is "culinary" lavender or not. I'm going to have to do some research; I'd love to use it in a panna cotta like this one.

Your lavender panna cotta is too beautiful to eat! Before I had to be gluten-free I used to make lavender cookies. Hmmm. Perhaps I should try again, without the wheat? You are an inspiration! xoxo
