As soon as I manage to get some decent apricots ... 
Last year I made apricot jam. Very little sugar, and some ginger root. Unfortunately, I am the only one who liked it, especially crepes (Palatschinken here) filled with it, some powered sugar on top.
How come I always get hungry when I visit here? *sternlook*
Mmm...I can totally imagine the experience of eating this! Both onions and apricots become so sweet and delicious when they are roasted. I absolutely love the way you envision your apricot tree

This looks tasty, I might have to try it. We had an apricot tree at our previous house, and it had the same bad habit of often blooming too early. Silly apricots, it's a wonder the species survived! :^)

I wish i can live close by, because I adorn apricot. Last week I was buying apricot five$ for a pond in New York UNION SQUER FARMER MARKET.
This fruit is my absolute favor, even I thought the price was very stiff I HAVE TO HAVET.
