I've always wanted an easy but delicious pate recipe. Thanks for this, Ilva
(It's easy and since it's your recipe I'm positive it will taste good!)

What's TBLP as a measurement? I've been googling around and this is the first time I see it, but i think it should be bigger than a tablespoon (TBSP) ...?
Or is it just me that wants more :D
p.s. did you put some orange peel on top, or am i just seeing things?

Nifty! I love bitter oranges and the taste (but not the texture) of liver. Pates are always a good choice, and I bet you could use this as ravioli filling, yes?

Rosa-Thanks ever so much!
kai-oh thanks, I better steer over to your place to take a look!
Murasaki-thanks, I am moved by your trust!
Susan-judging from what I have seen so far I cannot agree but thanks!
Black-tblp is just me not checking properly, it should be tblsp! And yes I did put a little orange zest on top to make it look prettier!
Hank- Thanks! I impressed by your PC entry!

Hi Ilva,
it looks like we used the same idea, pate on bread.
Yours looks a bit more refined though

Now this I would love! Wouldn't have thought of liver as offal, shows you how limited my thinking is. And I like liver!

I love the idea quinoa bread! What a great use. I don't think I have seen it, cooked, in something other than a salad or a "cake".

I know I'm a bit late here, but I think the quinoa bread is a great idea, maybe it would lend itself to a type of gluten free bread. I might give that a try since I can't seem to locate any of some of the other flours that others have been using for their gluten free breads. I'll keep you posted if I have any luck
