Well, it's cold and dreary here and snowing in the high country. I really can't complain as I love winter, but the transition from warm fall days to cold and snow is sometimes a bit of a shock!
I love the idea of this recipe of yours. So easy, so tasty looking, and so gluten-free! Yeah!
