Ilva - Your virtual hugs have worked a treat already. Tonight I cooked dinner for the first time in the past 5 weeks.It felt so good to be back in the kitchen and although it was only a simple sausage and mash it felt good to be there. Thank you Ilva for this very special weekend of virtual hugs. I love the clementines, they are exactly the sort of thing I can enjoy despite my poorly tastebuds. I love following your life in Italy and truly appreciate your friendship.....and I would love for you to come visit me in Australia some day.

Yum! "carefully cut off the white, thin membrane" So you have the orange peel, then you have the white bitter flaky stuff inside the peel, then you have the membrane that encloses each section. Do you mean that inside membrane?
