Lucullian delights

Gravatar Ilva, your stream of consciousness this day appeals to my sensbilities. Aging is most certainly a curious thing from different age perspectives. At my older age I see caring differently from when I was younger. I care to take the time to view your blog because your truthfulness and creative splendor (most of the time) refreshes my caring.

Gravatar I love the warm tones of the photos!

Gravatar Lovely post, Ilva, and the food looks good too. I didn't realize you could find tofu that easily in Italy - how nice!

Gravatar I think that's called being comfortable with yourself and I like it very much!

I just cut back the sage in the garden for a fresh growth now that winter has gone. Have to wait on it for this lovely dish. This looks a lovely way to use tofu!

Gravatar MJ Bindu Delekta-Thank you for your too kind words!

Simona-Thanks!

Annemarie-Thank you! It is not that difficult actually, Italians are really into anti cholesterol things you know....

Tanna-right! And bad about the sage!

Gravatar But ... we are looking at you, and do care what you're doing! Particularly when you find tofu that we've never heard of!

Gravatar I bet those vegetables are delicious.

Gravatar Wow, your photos are gorgeous. If nothing else will convince me to cook with tofu, this post will. Thanks for the inspiration!

Gravatar DaviMack-Thanks! And wow I can't believe I have found tofu you never heard of!!!

Sylvia- Thanks, they were actually!

Neen- thank you - my pleasure!
