Lucullian delights

Lovely pictures. How come you're afraid to bike in Italy - is the traffic so bad?

Gravatar It looks so pretty! I must confess I have absolutely no idea what it would be like there. I've only been to Italy, France, and Spain and none of the countries of Northern Europe.

Gravatar Interesting -- there is definitely a different light quality from your Tuscan photos, isn't there?

Gravatar Place does have a different look. Gorgeous photos. Looks like a wonderful place . . . especially in summer.

Gravatar Hey, I know that blue house! I love it and everytime I pass it I wonder if it's as lovely inside as it is outside.
I am also avoiding biking in Italy, well, my first trip ended up in a hospital too (not used to not having footbrakes, heh..). Also, the traffic! I admire all those brave bicyclists daring to bike on the roads in Italy! (But they all seems to do it for sport, not much just pleasure riding, eh?)

Gravatar Great photos. I loved the scenary in Sweden. I could have a field day taking photos. And that crisp Northern Light!

Gravatar I love Cornflowers, they are one of my favorites. Beatiful Fotos of a beatiful Country. Thanks!

Gravatar Those are really terrific photos.

Gravatar Beautiful photographs of Sweden, it looks so fresh. There is a much bluer quality to the light too. As always it's a pleasure to visit your blog Ilva.

Gravatar Your best friend's summer house is in such a lovely location. It must be idyllic spending time there during the warm season.

Gravatar Beautiful photo essay, Ilva.

Gravatar ea-thanks! Well, the traffic is bad and then Tuscany is very hilly on top of that!

Kalyn-well, we just have to include it on our European tour then!

andrea-yes, the light is so different!

Tanna-yes it is a good place!

Marie-ha ha, the famous blue house! I saw that you have a photo too! There are the sportive bikers and then we have the old people who bikes on the wrong side of the road...

Courtney-yes, I'm sure you could and I know that you WILL!

Belén-thank you!

Sorina-Thanks!

amanda-no haze/afa in the air in Sweden! Thanks a lot!
murasaki-she has this house on a small island in the archipelago, it's beautiful!

labelga-thanks!

Gravatar Thanks for the mini-vacation to Sweden. Seeing it through your eyes and talent is a treat!

Gravatar jeni-I hope you will be able to go there and see for yourself soon!

Gravatar These are just beautiful Ilva, I would love to be able to see Sweden for real. It is so fresh and clean looking. Your cornflower is lovely.
