I confess that I'm not that enamored of poultry--so I don't much care for this creation, as delicious as it looks--but I do admire the colors in this trio of photographs--that muted green, especially. A few questions (perhaps a bit randomly ordered): is there paprika on the rolls? What is that fruit in the topmost photo? Are those little glass beads sewn onto the tablecloth? ...Why are you no longer giving the Italian names for your food creations? (Please do!)

I think it's delicious and worth posting, alright! Ilva, chicken breasts can be so boring, and you did the exact opposite here!

I'm going to do a variation of it with asparagus as my partner isn't fond of green beans
Great idea - simple, healthy and delicious as usual!

I must say that idea looks like a nice simple dish to make. You could switch around the cheeses and the veg on the inside and there we go, a new dish.
and I've been looking for a new chicken recipe!

Well, possibly not the most exciting recipe ever - but beautifully done, nonetheless, and it looks delicious.

Lilian-no there's no paprika, they are just cooked au naturell! And there's no table cloth, it's paper, I rarely use cloth or fabric in my photos. The fruit is a fake one, I have no idea of what it is supposed to be!
And THNK YOu to the rest of you, I'm happy you like it despite it's slight boringness, maybe that's the recipes we need the most, for the everyday food!
