I've never seen PaperChef before but it is wonderful to see the results of inspiration. hey and we would all love to see peace in the Middle East or have ease with our livers, these are all winners.

Hi Ilva, this a lovely Paper Chef entry! It's coincidental, that I ended with similar proscuitto curls cooked in the microwave after wrapping around paper rolls, the size and shape of cigarettes. I was going to serve mine in a deconstructed Noah's Pudding (Asure). I think I better go back to the drawing board and try something else
