Lucullian delights
I'm literally roasting in my office - it's ca 25 celsius outside, and not much less indoors. Cold cucumber soup sounds soooo appealing right now..
And it's cold and rainy in Italy??
What a refreshing offering after the past few impressive challenges you've met...St. Honore in the tuscan heat, (gorgeous result) and heartfuls of pasta. Whew. Cold cucumber soup and crackers seem quite in order after all of that. Enjoyed it all.

Everytime I check in to see what you're up too, I am amazed!!! OK will be doing the cold cucumber soup for sure. I had never had it before, finally got a taste of it last year, and YUM! Yours looks even tastier! The crackers are a given to try, and ooh! the smoothie, with lemon curd, which I have some of your recipe made up in the fridge...... heaven! thanks for all you do and share!
