Gravatar I love the combination of shapes and textures in these two photos--and, as I read this recipe near dinnertime, I actually followed it and served it the same day, too. It was delicious (though I did add a couple extra ingredients--lots of chopped parsley and pressed garlic--and substituted sundried tomatoes in olive oil for the fresh). Thank you.


Gravatar i've been working on taking photos of salad, although have been frustrated because haven't got the great tips to do it, this event can be an excuse for me to do more shots and experiments on salads. So, count me in, girls!


Gravatar I tried this recipe with my own twist and loved it. I added fresh cherry tomatoes and flat leaf parsley as Lilian and also a light eggplant dressing. I paired it with cioppino fish stew and it was divine. Thanks.
