Soludo is confused, he has No solution to Nigerian Banking problem cos he allowed to be used to punish some percieved political foes- Hallmark bank a case study.His latest suggestion is for any of the 25 big bank to take up the deposit liability of the failed bank, accept some assets and if not adequate, could take promissory note from cbn to help pay the depositor cos cbn cant indirectly mopping up the little available credit in the system
