I do not think it is fair how you blamed Dr. Nasidi for "sitting on his butt". It is naive of you to speak in this way knowing well that involving such big money in the lawsuit and such big pahrmaceutical companies, it is extremely dangerous to "blow the whistle" without any sort of prudence. I personally know that there has been an attempt on his life in his own home where his wife and children live of recent because of this case.
I know Dr. Nasidi did everything possible in his might to ensure that justice was done within the limitations of safety and sanity in the Nigerian system.
He is a person of highest moral character and the most hard working man I know. This little artice does him no justice whatsoever. It is not sensible to judge the actions of a man having little knowledge of the matter.
