Thank you all for your comments.
Mr Payea - I didn't want to make my post still longer so I used "tweak" as shorthand for "tweaking your algorithm". Manually tweaking summaries would make no sense as it would defeat the object of your product and go against its main selling point. Thanks for clarifying that that is what you use feedback from others (i.e. not the person searched) for - in order to improve your algorithms. (I'll edit my post accordingly)
And if you are taking feedback, I do hope you will consider adding your FAQs, Help and Privacy Policy links to your front page; getting rid of the sabotaging of rightclicks on those kind of links; fixing your site to display summary rather than sources first in all cases, and to show "No Web summaries found" rather than "No Search Parameters specified" if something unknown to Zoominfo is searched for. As you can tell, I do think in many respects it is still a beta product, with some way to go.

Very compehensive review and an interesting site. It kept me busy for some time looking up people I've lost touch with. Interesting how it picks up some and not others.

That’s pretty neat, I can see that being useful for public figures like our MP’s and CEO’s.
Resistance is futile.. line up to assimilate.. hehe
I do think there aught to be more stringent strings to halt juveniles from giving their info, it is surprising how many places want it, that’s where tech needs to become innovative.
The amount of personal information we throw out in the bin is enough to create a new identity for someone lol, I could do with a clone tell you the truth LOL least my digital dna is encrypted
Sent you a mail..

Thank you for the rather lengthy discussion of ZoomInfo. I appreciate all the time you put into it and have enjoyed the feedback, as far as I've read (I'm in a little bit of a hurry, and will definitely come back to finish reading it).
One thing I did want to point out is that in your second paragraph, you speculate that ZoomInfo might rush in and tweak our summaries after reviewing your post. None of the summaries are "tweaked" or manually edited in any fashion by ZoomInfo. All are created by computer, and, as you pointed out, we occasionally make mistakes. They are corrected automatically as we discover errors either on our own or by reading user feedback (thanks again)and we edit the search and recombination algorithms. The summaries you describe could, indeed, change as we make changes to the algorithms.
Thanks again.
