AR-15s are nice, but I think my next gun will be a carbine of the M-4 sort. I just want something lighter and in most instances the shorter range of the carbine won't really be important....

thanks for comment Tom - in fact, we are in agreement - I bought a very light carbine with a 16" barrel.
