Personally, no, I'd never buy a used bathing suit AND wear it. But I find it funny that both actions are included in the question. Would I buy a used bathing suit and NOT wear it? No, I wouldn't do that either. Would I wear a used bathing suit and NOT buy it? No. Fortunately, as a guy, I don't need to try it on to see how I look in it. And frankly, I'd rather swim in my shorts or not swim at all than borrow one.
I was just talking about this last week when I had a garage sale. I was selling a bathing suit and trying to decide if that is gross or not. Personally, I would not buy a used bathing suit, but I wouldn't judge someone for doing it; it just gives me the willies. However, I have considered buying a 'vintage' suit from stores. I guess it just depends on your perception of the cleanliness of the place you get it from.
it depends on how good you look when you have it on ... 'cause if it helps attract someone to come over and suck on your face, then - compared to that - it's relatively safe.

Besides, when you try a bathing suit on in the women's dressing room, do you really think those little strips of tape in the crotch protect the bathing suit from a variety of people's privates?

Absolutely. You don't even need to wash it, it's going to get washed when you jump in anyway.
