I'm sorry to hear about the lost post. Once, in a similar situation with a Blogger glitch, I found I could hit the "page forward" key on my web browser and make my draft text return. But sometimes it is simply gone. And how frustrating.

I'd vote for reconstruction, also, if/when you have the time.

Mel, I'm so sorry to hear it. That is so frustrating! I lost a version of my post from yesterday when Safari crashed in the middle of posting. Grrrrr.
