Hope you get all of that sleep!
And with this blog entry you can come back during Week 8 or 9 and remember how you enjoyed this week.
This semester life-cycle concept is interesting. Do let us know if you recall the author/title.

Oh, I so hear you - the Sleep Monster was greedy this week. I got nothing done on Tuesday or Wednesday b/c I was dragging like crazy as well. Maybe it takes this long really to adjust to a new schedule and getting that sleep in (I know I'm not going to bed as early as I need to). Good luck!

I don't know if you have access/are interested in this sort of thing, but I have had my allergies just about cured through Chinese medicine. I used to suffer horribly with allergies to everything - including chocolate. I lived on anti-histamines & was always in a fog. An acupuncturist I went to in Santa Fe did a desensitizing thing & I've been 1,000,000 times better than I used to be. I still get light headaches sometimes if I eat allergens, but the haze & constant snivelling are gone. I highly recommend it if you are tired of suffering.

Thanks, I know other people who have had great success with acupuncture for all sorts of things. My allergies aren't usually very troublesome -- I manage pretty well just with an antioxidant supplement and occasionally some nettle herb if the air quality is really bad. I suppose if they get worse or something I'll consider it, but right now it's not worth it.
