Thanks for the recommendation on Alexander. I'd been wondering whether it was worth seeing, given the mixed (even negative) reviews it has been receiving.

The nice thing about his movie is that it doesn't necessarily have to be "historically accurate" accept in terms of costume perhaps? It's a myth, so add that to all of the other things that make it a film-maker's dream! I'm really wanting to see it, though I'm not sure I'll see it in the theater. I just like to be at home!
