You can probably get permission to use it for non-commercial use. Especially if you tell the copyright people that it's education-related. Double-especially if you put it on a limited-access web page (like WebCT).

You're allowed up to 3 minutes in a fair use situation--which this would be. I do it all the time for professors. Surely the speech isn't 3 minutes long.
