Taylors is a college with a reputation for excellence if not for simply teaching its students to aim to achieve excellence in their academic pursuits.
Nades is quite the opposite. If you wish to engage in sensationalism, poor writing and internet vandalism whilst posing as a journalist then Nades and Raja Petra Kamaruddin are but two examples of excellencce in these areas.
Jurnalism is an art. It requires critical and analytical thinking, above average language and writing skills and the ability to research your topics. Nades and RPK possess none of these. None.
Good journalism and mass communication is not about sensationalising and attempting to legitimise rumour and populist myths then by way of interpolation creating the formula or calculation that justifies your answer or conclusion which you had pre determined in your mind.
Thats Nades for you. As a student you must aim for and emulate the best not the cheapest and the loudest.
