We have Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB) in Brickfields. They always look for volunteer to do the reading (they will record it) and also do typing of some articles from word document to braille.

Actually ada, but probably not as widely covered in media. I remember we used to it dulu in JB, waaaaaaayyy back then. Lepas classes, pi blind school to read for them, then lepak makan abc kat warung batu hehe.
