Now it is possible that me Webb was highly motivated and only grazed himself with the first shot, but then they probably would want to make that clear. If you already have a bullet in the brain, the liklihood of being able to manage another drops rather precipitously I would imagine, although occasionally you hear stories of construction workers who manage to survive with nails, ironwork or rebar through the head.
