er.... how much will it cost to thread the forend of a 5 inch steel pipe at 1/2x28tpi (the interior diameterof the pipe measures 9mm)?

I'm not sure, it would probably depend on the hardness of the barrel, and whether you could find a gunsmith who would be willing to modify the weapon for use with a silencer.
