Good post. Your point on small caps is right on target. The same on efficient market theory. Large cap value (vtv) looks attractive now. If the market goes south one should look at attractive sectors are everyone is running away from and add to those positions.

Thanks for your kind words. Financeguy, I agree about the dividend paying stocks. I'm considering something like DVY or PID. Frugal, I think my next energy pick will be one of those income trusts you've been writing about.
