Count me as another perplexed by the reaction. I have all the same views and points as you, outlined here.

Just appears to be a panicked market or they don't believe the lower guidance... either way its a heck of a value on the ag business (I wish they'd just spin off the construction on its own at this point)

Let's see how they treat Agco ...
