Love the new projects! Thrope is great! Double stranding really works well for using up the stash. I did that with some baby yarn for the BSJ a while back! I may have to bookmark that throrpe pattern. It is great! Nice job on all your projects!

Thanks for all the pattern links! I saved the THorpe hat and really think it might be fun to make.
For what it's worth, I think the Evangeline mitts would work fine as mittens. Maybe cable up to the base of the fingers and stockinette after that?

I love the hats and mittens. Mittens are actually warmer than gloves but none of my family will wear them either except my DH who loves his felted mittens.
