I'd vote for Wolter. With his unique style of writing I'm sure you could confuse the shit out of people thus getting them to vote for or pass bills they had no idea they were doing in the first place!

I totally support a Wolter governocy. In fact, I offer my services as Lt. Gov. You'll need someone who can lie like a shit-stirring weasel, plus I know some great spots to bury dead hookers.
