Good list. I agree with most of the items I've had (Samosa?).
While I agree that they are... how on Earth could Chicken Tenders still be relatively obscure enough to qualify as underrated, while Buffalo Wings are so freaking popular that they have to go into the Overrated category? Chicken Strips are awesome, and those grisly little two bite buffalo wings suck. The strip can do everything the wing can do, except force you to dig in your mouth for whatever the fuck that little rubbery thing is that my brain just wont let me swallow (my pardons if you like to swallow).

I really have no arguments with that list except for the antipasto rating. How can something be overrated if you've never tried it? While you're quick to praise more exotic fare like edamame and samosa, I think it's shortsighted to judge antipasto so unfairly without giving it a whirl at least once. That's your assignment next time you're at an Italian restaurant.
Also calamari is overrated because most Midwesterners don't know what good calamari tastes like. All they know is the rubbery deep-fried concoction that Olive Garden serves. I've had good calamari out in New York before. I had some at Harry Caray's once that would certainly punt your dick 70 yards. Also you could make an argument that fried calamari is overrated however calamari in other formats is not. I had grilled calamari with a balsamic marinade at Weber Grill and it was pretty damn good.

I agree with your calamari comment. When done right it's great. There's a place called La Scarola here in Chicago where the calamari is divine intervention. But yeah, too often it's just rubbery and bland.
Antipasto? Well, I've never ordered it in a restaurant, but I've tried all the things associated with it. Meats, olives, peppers, mozzerella, etc. Eh. That stuff seems better suited for a picnic than as an appetizer.

" I go to Panera Bread. My options for a side are kettle chips or an apple. What? No. That's just ridiculous."
Well, thats what you get for going somewhere like Panera Bread.

At Panera I always go with the French baguette for my side.

I reluctantly do as well...but man, if you get a sandwhich too, that's just a lot of bread. I'm only one man.

I have to go with Chip on the antipasto. If I remember correctly you felt differently about it after boogie-ing down at brant brown's wedding. It was food of the gods at that point.
By the way an appetizer that is a mid-western staple of supper clubs (or other places where the waitress', the menu, and prices haven't changes since 1979) still serve braunschwieger, cheese spread, cold veggies (with ranch) and mini-toasts are completely under rated. Classic.
