Dammit! I just tried to leave you a comment through Blogger AGAIN. I have to stop doing that.
Anyway, zero of my friends ski, which totally sucks. Want to meet up in Pa. sometime soon and go? I mean, seriously. I really, really must go before the season's up.

Nice to see you back, Peach! (And I love that I finally hooked up with Bloglines so I would KNOW when you were back!)
I have witnessed the "skiing is like riding a bicycle" phenomenon from other friends, too, and that is just one more reason I think I should give up on pretending I can snowboard and just try learning to ski already. I have no mountain home for you, however, unfortunately.

I used to ski, but my knees are now so fragile that I don't want to risk falling at an awkward angle and finishing them off for good. But when I did, my number one fear was smacking into a tree!
Glad you had fun, though. The best part about skiing, imho, is going inside, kicking off all the wet stuff and having a giant cup of hot chocolate!
Also? My family owns a cabin in the mountains (near Bear Valley), so once Darren and I are living out in CA, you should come out there, rendezvous with us and we'll all frolic in the snow!

I'm envious of your time in the Holy Land as all call it, as Denver is the birthplace and headquarters of Chipotle.
