Personally I think it will be 4-5 years before we see a sign of recovery. I was in the UK when property nose-dived there and I could see that it is all based on public confidence. For those who use property to live in (as intended) there is not much to worry about if your not earning a living in the construction business. If you are a builder, investor or Auctioneer (as I *was*), time to baton down the hatches and weather the storm!
