Well its just another case of stupid criminals or the sorry state of the VA health system, Maybe its a little of both?
This is particularly galling to the almost 1 million vets whose claims are still being worked on by the VA.
He's an Oxygen Thief.
As happens there are always stupid people doing stupid stuff. I wonder which prison he'll be locked up in?

Gives new meaning to how low can you go! I guess no one thought to check the bottom of his shoes--saw this on The Mentalist. heh
