Sorry J Ive been out of the country and have not been able to read and dissect your quality blogs. If you want some balance to your Industrial Relations problem I suggest you google the Tristar story in Australia vis a vis the new Work Choices legislation and how it relates to redundancy and how "contracts" can be broken.
