I presume you're talking about Jakarta, Tree.

In London, it's apparently a lot easier getting around these days. Something to do with a Mayor (equivalent to Jakarta's Governor in that he's directly elected) who cares, integrated public transport and a hefty congestion charge for private motorists wishing to drive into town.
