Uuuuuhhh ... the daily paradoxes you encounter in Indonesia!! I miss those. It's terribly sane and boring here in Europe. You don't see things like that often, except when you go further north to little villages by the sea.
Please do share more stupid things that happens in my country. I miss them.
Just chill and keep being your superhuman angelic self, and you'll be ok.
ISPs here are ok. Germany is definitely better in terms of services and price, though.

A propos of nothing in particular did you notice the Cross of Saint George flying alongside the Union Flag at the British Embassy today (St George's Day)? That has to be a first.
I wonder what flag they will fly next St Patrick's Day?

hahaha...good point of view...but the way I see it, I'm kind of proud that IM2 actually sent this.
It shows that Indonesian companies are starting to be more conscious about the environment (or about cost, never can guess the motives behind these "CSR" movements)...
At least this is a step forward, compared to when I was shopping to one of the department stores here & asked to not put my purchase into a plastic bag (because it was small, i wanted to just put it in my bag instead)...then the cashier said that it was company policy to put it in a plastic bag otherwise it would be suspected as not paid for yet...

I trust my Indonesian readers don't think that I only criticise Indonesian practices.
Several years ago I lived in north-west England. One day I went into a shop specialising in 'health foods' because I wanted some herbal tea.
It came in teabags, which were wrapped in paper 'envelopes', which were wrapped, in fours, in cellophane. When I told the shop assistant that I didn't need my very small triple-wrapped bundle in another bag made from a dead tree, she said, "Oh, yes. We're into the environment here."
Duh.
